You must have all you software licenses and downloads completed if you need help downloading and using your ilok no problem we can help with that as well. 

Also we can help with any activation issues as well. If there is something beyond our control with Avid or ilok.com we can get you pushed in the right direction to get your system up and running.

This fee is for 1 hour of service.
